Penthouse Suites

Both the Shain Park Penthouse and the Birmingham Penthouse embrace traditional European décor. Fine furnishings, traditional artwork and attention to detail make them Townsend favorites. Each suite features a gas fireplace and a gourmet kitchen. Upon request, our award-winning Chef is available to prepare a private dining experience.

The well-defined foyer accentuates the bright and spacious Shain Park Penthouse. The parlor features an intimate sitting area, oversized dining room table and adjoins to the master bedroom featuring a four-poster king bed accompanied by the defining hotel amenities. The expansive marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub and double vanities accompanied by Bulgari bath amenities.

The Birmingham Penthouse features the option of a master bedroom as well as an additional king bedded room, if required. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed and Calvin Klein décor as well as a fully appointed marble bathroom; the adjoining king room is featured as the perfect complement to the discriminating traveler.

Townsend Suite

This exquisite suite features an exclusive living area and is your home away from home. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed, oversized marble bath and sizable closets. This suite is ideal for the relocating executive or vacationing family.

Executive Suite

This exclusive corner VIP suite is perfect for entertaining. An eclectic sitting area opens to a private boardroom table or dining area for up to eight guests. The built-in service bar and stereo system provide details for a flawless gathering. Seven hundred and fifty square feet includes one and a half baths featuring Bulgari bath amenities, and a private sleeping suite with a king-size bed. The Executive Suite includes two balconies overlooking the beautiful residential area of Birmingham.
