Both the Shain Park Penthouse and the Birmingham Penthouse embrace traditional European décor. Fine furnishings, traditional artwork and attention to detail make them Townsend favorites. Each suite features a gas fireplace and a gourmet kitchen. Upon request, our award-winning Chef is available to prepare a private dining experience.

The well-defined foyer accentuates the bright and spacious Shain Park Penthouse. The parlor features an intimate sitting area, oversized dining room table and adjoins to the master bedroom featuring a four-poster king bed accompanied by the defining hotel amenities. The expansive marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub and double vanities accompanied bath amenities.

The Birmingham Penthouse features the option of a master bedroom as well as an additional king bedded room, if required. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed and Calvin Klein décor as well as a fully appointed marble bathroom; the adjoining king room is featured as the perfect complement to the discriminating traveler.
