Extended Stay Guest Program

*Extended stay guests are afforded a special rate given a minimum of a ten consecutive night stay. This room rate is based on sleeping room availability.  Multiple bedroom connecting options are available from the room styles below:

Luxury Room: This 300 square foot room comes standard with either one king-sized bed or two double-beds.  A full marble bath with deep soaking tub and small sitting area also make up this room.

Luxury Suite: The French doors separating the king bed from the living area give this 500 square foot suite a distinctive charm. This separate sitting area gives the Luxury Suite a sense of spaciousness at a relative value. Oversized bath features a deep soaking tub with a long marble vanity, great for more than one person.

Executive Suite: A charming sitting area opens to a private boardroom table or dining area for up to 12 guests. The Executive Suite has large windows, a built in service bar and stereo system. 750 square feet includes one and a half baths, and a private sleeping suite with a king size bed and can connect to additional sleeping rooms for family members when necessary. The suite includes two balconies overlooking the beautiful residential area of Birmingham and is conveniently located right across the hall from the elevators. This suite has double entrance doors for ease of moving belongings in and out.

Presidential Suite: This residential style suite affords the guest a large living room with alcoved dinning area. French doors separate the bedroom with the four-post bed from the parlor. The large walk-through marble bathroom with glass stall shower accentuates this beautiful room.

Townsend Suite: Our largest suite for an extended stay guest. This room holds two bedrooms and two full baths, which are separated by a living room and dining area. This suite option also houses a full serviced kitchen. Oversized closets provide additional guest storage. This suite is ideal for the relocating executive or traveling family.

Penthouse Suite: Our corner Penthouses have either one or two adjoining bedrooms. Each penthouse offers a sizeable sitting area, desk and work station, large circular cherry wood table for eight, built in 42 inch plasma screen television and ceiling stereo surround sound. The full kitchen, bath and a half arrangement, double vanity and walk in closet make these our premier hotel suite.
