We are able to extend the U.S. Military and Government Client Rates to:
- All U.S. Government employees (federal, state, county, local, provincial governments)
- U.S. Military personnel
- International government and military personnel
- State funded higher education universities and health care facilities
- Defense or Cost Reimbursable Contractors (CRCs)
- Homeland Security
We understand the ethical needs and regulations of the government. The Townsend Hotel is an excellent location for military and public service professionals based upon the proximity. These rates are heavily discounted hotel rates and promotions that are only for Government employees with valid identification.
A credit card is required to secure the Government rate hotel reservation(s) at the time of booking. Reservations can then be cancelled or changed if needed according to the 12noon - day of arrival - cancellation policy.
Should proper identification not be available upon arrival, the hotel rooming rate will be adjusted to the prevailing - non-government rate.
