Guests will experience different Schramsberg vintages with each course, including a 2004 Blanc de Blanc Brut paired with Rugby Grille's Hawaiian Tuna Sashimi and Schramberg's 1999 "J Schram" Brut paired with the veal dish Blanquette De Veau Avec Ris de Veau. For dessert, a tempting trio of desserts will be perfectly complemented by Schramsberg's 2004 "Cremant" Demi-Sec.
