A variety of luxurious options may be available for your overnight Bridal Suite accommodations including a Presidential Suite, Executive Suite or Luxury Suite. The individual suite may be complimentary based on your wedding event contract with the hotel. Suites and rooms may also be purchased, based on availability, for an overnight stay during your special event if it is not included in your contract. Please take a moment and visit our array of five-star rooms and suites.
Wedding room blocks of six or more rooms may be available, based on availability for your upcoming event. Room blocks put into place do require contracting with our catering sales team. A room block deposit is required for a block of 20 or more guest rooms. Our wedding room blocks do not guarantee you the lowest available rate for a specified time period, but are meant for holding rooms aside for you guests to attend your special event. Your room block will be managed and updated by a room block coordinator to ensure a smooth arrival and departure for your guests. Please contact your catering manager, or our group reservations team for more information.

Executive Pastry Chef Taylor Brockenshire, who would encourage young culinary professionals, “Not to be scared to try new things,” benefited from his own advice, when in 1997, he transferred to his first ever pastry position as an entry-level baker at The Townsend Hotel. He was promoted to bakery sous chef in 1999, and then in 2002, earned himself his current title. He long ago lost count of the number of wedding cakes and anniversary tortes that he’s prepared for Townsend guests, but what sticks with him are the memories of their reactions, and how meaningful a role dessert can play in life’s most significant milestones. He says, “I love watching our customers’ faces light up after biting into one of our pastries. It’s a wonderful feeling to be able to create the wedding cake of a bride’s dream, or a rich, unique torte that becomes the centerpiece of a special banquet.”
